From zero to advanced — all courses follow internationally recognized AIDA International standards.
A one-day introduction for anyone curious about freediving. No prior experience needed.
2–3 day course: theory, pool & open water. Target: 12-16m depth, 2:00 static apnea, 40m dynamic apnea.
Target 32m depth and 2:45 static apnea, 55m dynamic apnea. For divers ready to go deeper.
